It's interesting that a lot of the media coverage and outside observations of the Chris Daly censure measure have focused on his use of profanity. Supervisor Daly has used profanity in public meetings before, as has at least one other supervisor. Daly's physical style, and the crossing of the rail barrier into the audience at the Nov. 8 finance committee hearing seemed to be the biggest issue for his colleague, Michela Alioto-Pier.
